Asian Ground Pork Lettuce Wraps are super easy and quick to make! All you need is 30 minutes and some simple ingredients. These are my lazy go-to and family’s favourite appetizer or main dish.
Flavourful and delicious stir-fry ground pork with crispy lettuce, I mean, I am hungry already when I am writing this line! The best thing about this recipe is you can double or even triple the proportion and you will have leftovers for lunch! What more could you ask for? Seriously though. LOL
I have tried ground beef and chicken too but my family prefers ground pork out of all. This may not be the most authentic recipe, but I guarantee you this is so delicious and probably the ONLY lettuce wrap recipe you will ever need!

How to cut romaine lettuce for these Asian Ground Pork Lettuce Wraps?
Cut the bottom of the romaine lettuce, separate the lettuce into pieces, and wash and pat dry before use. I also cut the romaine lettuce a little more to keep my lettuce wraps neat! Do not discard that part, save it part for Caesar salad.
