How to Make the Perfect Garlic Steamed Snow Crab Legs with Vermicelli
Equipment
- 1 steamer
Ingredients
- 14 snow crab legs
- 2 Vermicelli Noodles
- 1 tbsp Garlic Paste
- 3 bunch Green onion
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/4 cup Cooking Wine
- 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
Instructions
- Soak vermicelli noodles for a minimum of 15 minutes.
- Cut the crab legs open, and remove the lower part of the leg.
- Drain vermicelli noodles and cut them shorter. Arrange on a shallow bowl.
- Arrange crab legs on the vermicelli.
- Sautee garlic paste, then add green onion. Let it cook for a couple minutes.
- Distribute the garlic and green onion paste on the crab legs
- Steam over medium-high heat for 5 minutes.
- Put the remaining green onion on the crab legs and pour the sauce into the dish.
- Serve when hot!
