I remember my grandmother would make this delicious dish whenever she visited. With those juicy chicken wings, super tender potato and the most flavourful sauce, I could easily finish three bowls of rice!

My grandma was a great cook, she could easily cook a dinner of 12 by herself, in a tiny kitchen with ONLY 2 stoves. I always loved watching her cook in the kitchen. My grandma passed away when I was very young. However, the taste of her dishes lives in my heart forever.

This is a dish that reminds me of her warmth and unconditional love.
